The review mode makes it easy to obtain feedback/change requests for projects.
Authors can invite designated review users - so-called reviewers - or other authors to review a project or specific language versions.
The review process works as follows:
The authors request a review from you, i.e. the project appears on your homepage
You enter your comments - as soon as all comments are in, you request your change requests
The authors incorporate the changes and then ask you for your approval
You go through the same process again, enter your comments again OR if everything fits, click on the ‘Approve’ button. This moves the project in your project list from the ‘Open reviews’ to the ‘Completed reviews’.
Support can create up to two review users per licence on request. These users only have reviewer rights and cannot make any changes to the project themselves. In addition, authors can invite other authors to review a project.
After being invited, reviewers can make comments on individual pages in a project preview. They only see their own comments and cannot make any page edits or similar.
The author sees the feedback from the reviewer as comments on the individual pages and can work through them. Once all comments have been incorporated, the reviewer can approve the project.
The status of the review is displayed to the author at all times in the project list.
